I draw on a variety of modalities in every session based on the specific needs of the client. These include neuromuscular therapy, a muscle-specific deep tissue massage technique, myofascial release to treat the connective tissues of the body for lasting results, swedish and sports massage.
Each session begins with a general health intake, and post-session care may include self-massage tutorials, self care tips or physician referral. Because I am a licensed and insured massage therapist, you know you are in good hands. Chronic pain is best treated with regular visits.
