8.10.18 Fall Schedule Release!

A chill has entered the morning air, and smoke hovers lightly over the horizon. Fall is near, and the time has come to release my fall schedule. It will be up Friday August 10 at 1 pm. As many of you know, my summer schedule filled up in a few days, so I encourage you to look at your fall schedules now and plan some massage times that will work for you throughout the fall and book yourself out accordingly. This is the best way to ensure you will see me and also ensure that you receive regular massage, which research shows provides the greatest benefits in a variety of areas.

Also, to meet the demands of my clients, I am excited to announce that I will be working as a personal trainer this fall at Brio Fitness. I will be teaching two massage & strength classes designed to meet the needs of my clients.

Did you originally come to see me for an injury or chronic issue that is now 90% resolved? Many of my clientele fall into this category, where the tight muscles have been addressed. There are just a few weak muscles that need strengthening to get you lasting and total pain relief. For you, I designed two classes: Neck/Shoulder and Low Back/Hip. Each class mixes massage with the strength work you need. The classes meet twice a week and offer functional training to strengthen weak muscles followed by hands on work + self-massage. With this class, you can receive the regular maintenance massage you need to stay "tuned up" reliably and affordably while also clearing the last hurdles of your healing process. By the end of the class, I hope that you will have the strength and confidence to return to any and all activities without pain and the knowledge that you can treat it if something comes up. Interested? Wondering if this class is for you? Please email me and let's discuss!

My fall schedule run October-December (for those of you who don't know, I will be out of the country the month of September) and will be open for the following hours:

Mon: 1-6

Tues: 9-2

Weds: 1-6

Thurs: 9-2

Fri: 1-5

Thank you all so much for your continued support. I am so honored and grateful to support you on your path to health and wellness.

Wishing you all the best,

Amy C
